Founded in 2022, KH Build is a certified general contractor based in Tampa. We specialize in residential construction throughout St. Pete and the surrounding beach communities, producing 10 to 12 custom homes per year.
We differentiate ourselves by guiding clients through the entire pre-construction journey. We believe the most critical work happens before the first shovel hits the ground, so we lead the way on everything from lot purchase and architecture to permitting and full interior design. Our expertise in coastal flood zones ensures every project is technically sound and architecturally refined.
